Grove Properties, LLC was created to provide a funding source for dealers serving the Rent-To-Own storage unit market.

Our partners have a wealth of experience in the financial and retail credit industries. We have developed relationships that offer us access to both commercial and private capital. We are currently serving dealers and their customers in the Southeastern United States. We are seeking to expand our network of dealers throughout the United States. We not only offer a source of funding but excellent dealer support and customer service.
