Rent To Own Qualification
- Applicant must be at least 21 years old.
- You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license from the state you reside in.
- Only one Shipping Container RTO per property, unless otherwise approved by Grove Properties.
- The physical address of the Shipping Container must be disclosed on the RTO Contract.
*Sales Tax on units will be collected by Grove Properties LLC. and remitted to the state where the sale originated.
