Rent To Own Qualification
Applicant must be at least 21 years old.
You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license from the state you reside in.
Only one Shipping Container RTO per property, unless otherwise approved by Grove Properties.
The physical address of the Shipping Container must be disclosed on the RTO Contract.
*Sales Tax on units will be collected by Grove Properties LLC. and remitted to the state where the sale originated.
